Newport Sq is at the Heart of Uplands Community. The Community of Uplands runs from Yonge Street in the east to Highway 7 in the North, Bathurst Street in the west, and Centre Stree in the South. Upland is on the Southeast side of Vaughan, bordering Markham and Richmond Hill. There are small numbers of condo townhouses located close to Yonge Street and at the intersection of Bathurst and Centre Street. In past 3 months, 5 Detached homes were sold at average of $2.89M. Chinese account for around 9% of the population in the Community. Driving is much more convenient in this part of Vaughan.
