Purcell Cres is at North side of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. The West part of the Community is newer, with many houses built after 2000. In past 3 months, 7 Semi-Detached homes were sold at average of $1.05M. It has a higher than average of immigrants from East India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Portugal and Macedonia living close to Jane street and Teston road.
