Lee is at the Heart of Milliken Mills East Community. Milliken Mills East runs from Kennedy Road on the West to Highway 407 on the North, Steeles Avenue on the South, and McCowan Road on the east. Three significant roads, 14th Avenue, Highglen Avenue, and Denison Street, run through the Community from east to west. And Brimley Road runs through the Community from North to south. There are also a few condo townhouses and mid-rise condo buildings along Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue. In past 3 months, 13 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.42M. Milliken Mills East is an Asian-dominant Community, with over 58% of the occupants Chinese and 28% from other parts of Asia.
