The Community runs from McCowan Road on the east to 16th Avenue on the North, Dense forest by Kennedy Road on the west and Highway 7 on the South. It is divided by the railway crossing from the east to the west; the North of the railway is mainly residential, and the south is mixed with residential and commercial business. Close to Highway 7, there are three condo towers built by Tridel around 1990. In past 3 months, 12 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.63M. Chinese represents the largest demographic group in this Community.
