Fairlea Ave is at the Heart of Uplands Community. The Community of Uplands runs from Yonge Street in the east to Highway 7 in the North, Bathurst Street in the west, and Centre Stree in the South. Upland is on the Southeast side of Vaughan, bordering Markham and Richmond Hill. Homeownership in this part of Vaughan is very high, with around 95% of owners occupying their properties.
