Militia Tr is at North East Corner of Buttonville Community. Buttonville runs from Rodick Road on the east to 16th Avenue on the North, Highway 404 on the west, and Highway 407 on the South. More than half of the ground is populated by commercial businesses, including a Municipal Airport. The community is home to many renowned international technology companies. A few condo townhouses are centralised in the northeast corner of the community. In past 3 months, 6 Detached homes were sold at average of $2.04M. Buttonville is another dominant Asian community in Markham, with over half of the occupants being Chinese. In Militia Tr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, and Canadian. Driving downtown or north of GTA is straightforward. One can also find many fitness centres, Gyms and badminton training grounds South of the community, close to highway 7. It was a recent shopping mall, and the marketer named it after the busiest shopping district in Beijing, Wangfujing, hoping to bring more traffic to the business. Buttonville community is a fantastic community in Markham. It has an excellent living environment with convenient shopping and public transits.
