Parktree Dr is at South West Corner of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. Old Maple Area, located west of Keele street and south of Major Mackenzie Drive, concentrates on many detached bungalows built around 1960. In past 3 months, 9 Town homes were sold at average of $1.02M. Italian represents the largest demographic group in this Community, over 30%. In Parktree Dr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, East Indian, Canadian, and Russian. Further south of Jane Street is Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, where residents can take a subway to downtown Toronto at Vaughan Subway station.
