Tansley Rd is at the Heart of Brownridge Community. The Community of Brownridge runs from Bathurst Street in the east to Centre Street in the North, Dufferin Street in the west, and Railway in the South. The border of Brownridge is just hundreds of meters from Steeles Avenue, which is the boundary between Toronto and the York Region. Condo apartments and townhouses can be found in the northeast corner of the Community surrounding the Promenade Mall. In past 3 months, 19 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.26M. Brownridge is home to a sizeable Jewish community, many from Russia, Poland, Ukraine, and Israel.
