Community Overview
Manordale is at East side of Vellore Village Community. The Community of Vellore Village runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the east to Rutherford Road in the south, Pine Valley Drive and Islington Avenue on the west, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and located close to numerous amenities such as shopping malls, hospitals and schools, Vellore Village has evolved into one of the fast-growing communities in Vaughan. Detached homes with three or four bedrooms make up most of the Community's housing. In past 3 months, 14 Semi-Detached homes were sold at average of $1.08M. The Community is highly diversified, with residents originating from many countries. Though several bus lines operate through the Community, driving by car will be more manageable. Posing beside Mattew Park is Vellore Village Community Centre, which furnishes residents with indoor and outdoor facilities.
