Community Overview
Triton is at the Heart of West Woodbridge Community. The Community of West Woodbridge runs from Highway 27 on the west to Highway 7 on the south, Humber River on the east and Langstaff Road on the North. It borders the West Woodbridge industry district, where countless storefronts and office buildings provide plenty of job opportunities for Vaughan's residents. South of Langstaff, dwellings were mainly constructed between 1970 and 1990. In past 3 months, 12 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.2M. About half of the Residents in the Community are over 50. Highway 27 and 427 also directly link to express tollway 407, permitting a speedy trip to both East and West, even during rush hour. South of the Community, residents will find a large number of sports facilities offered by Vaughan Grove Sports Park, which is just right beside Ontario Soccer Center. On the west of the Community, residents can find Vaughan Valley Centre Shopping Mall and Walmart Supercenter. West Woodbridge is a mature community in Vaughan, offering convenient shopping and transportation. The proximity to Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga makes the Community an ideal location for families who need to travel frequently to those areas.
