Broomlands is at South West Corner of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. Townhouses, semi-detached houses, and condo apartments are typical throughout the Community. In past 3 months, 39 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.49M. The descendants of early European immigrants were spread in several neighbourhoods within the Community. In Broomlands neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, East Indian, Canadian, Chinese, and Vietnamese. Further south of Jane Street is Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, where residents can take a subway to downtown Toronto at Vaughan Subway station.
