Rosewell Ave is at the Heart of Yonge-Eglinton Community. The boundary of Yonge-Eglinton runs from Yonge Street on the east to Briar Hill Avenue on the North, Avenue Road on the west, and Kay Gardner Beltline Trail on the south. Line-1 Yonge-University has two subway stations connecting North York and Downtown. Eglinton Crosstown LRT has an underground station linking the east and west of Toronto. The real estate planning under Toronto city resulted in many condominium buildings and office towers lining the west community's boundary along Yonge Street.
