Pavarotti is at South West Corner of Oak Ridges Community. The Oak Ridge community is at the northwest corner of Richmond Hill. The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. Freehold townhouses and semi-detached homes making up most of the remaining concentrate on the main street close to Bloomington, Bathurst and King Road. In past 3 months, 39 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.48M. With more new immigrants moving into Richmond Hill in recent years, the major ethnic groups in Oak Ridge are now Italian, Chinese, Iranian, and Indian. In Pavarotti neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, Italian, Iranian, Russian, and English. Residents will need a car to live in this part of Richmond Hill, though there is limited public transit available on the major roads of the community. There are too much natural scenery inside the Oak Ridges community, plenty of parks and reserves, and many hiking trails and golf fields. The shopping in the community is not very convenient, but one can find supermarkets, coffee shops and some restaurants on Yonge Street. Residential houses at Oak Ridges are relatively new. The price is more affordable than most parts of Richmond Hill. Oak Ridge can be a perfect place to settle down for families with two or more children.
