Community Overview
Leno Mills is at the Heart of Devonsleigh Community. The Devonsleigh community runs from Yonge St on the West to Elgin Mill in the south, Bayview on the East, and 19th Ave on the north. It is a family-oriented community. Some light industries and warehouses are at the south end of the community east side of the rail track. A small number of Condo Apartments and Condo Townhomes concentrate on the community's West side close to Yonge St. In past 3 months, 13 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.38M. The proportion of the population with a university degree is high. In Leno Mills neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, Iranian, East Indian, and Russian. Cars are commonly used transportation for most residents. Multiple walking trails also link residential and commercial real estate with community parks. Residents can find supermarkets, furniture shops, restaurants, and cafes here. Devonsleigh is a family-friendly diversified community.
