64 Mandel Cres is at the Heart of Devonsleigh Community. The Devonsleigh community runs from Yonge St on the West to Elgin Mill in the south, Bayview on the East, and 19th Ave on the north. It is a family-oriented community. Some light industries and warehouses are at the south end of the community east side of the rail track. Homes in Devonsleigh look pretty uniform, as real estate developer starts to expand this part of Richmond Hill between the 1990s and the 2000s.
