Pegasus Dr is at the Heart of Oak Ridges Community. The Oak Ridge community is at the northwest corner of Richmond Hill. The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. Freehold townhouses and semi-detached homes making up most of the remaining concentrate on the main street close to Bloomington, Bathurst and King Road. In past 3 months, 18 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.46M. The descendants of early European immigrants still dominate the community. In Pegasus Dr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, Canadian, Scottish, English, and Greek. Residents will need a car to live in this part of Richmond Hill, though there is limited public transit available on the major roads of the community.
