Milbourne is inside Oak Ridges Community. The Oak Ridge community is at the northwest corner of Richmond Hill. The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. Many houses were also built between the 1950 and 1980s, including small bungalows and neo-colonial-style homes. In past 3 months, 9 Town homes were sold at average of $1.09M. The descendants of early European immigrants still dominate the community. In Milbourne neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, Iranian, Chinese, Persian, and Canadian. Residents will need a car to live in this part of Richmond Hill, though there is limited public transit available on the major roads of the community. Grovewood Park also offers a soccer field, basketball court, tennis courts and kids playground. With the increasing residential real estate developments, there are more and more shops coming each year. Residential houses at Oak Ridges are relatively new.
