Bayview is at the Heart of Devonsleigh Community. The Devonsleigh community runs from Yonge St on the West to Elgin Mill in the south, Bayview on the East, and 19th Ave on the north. It is a family-oriented community. Some light industries and warehouses are at the south end of the community east side of the rail track. A small number of Condo Apartments and Condo Townhomes concentrate on the community's West side close to Yonge St. In past 3 months, 9 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.46M.
