This community is relatively independent. It is a beautiful community with a great natural environment. Many Chinese consider Bayview Ave and Yonge Street are dragon veins, a prosperous source with great Fengshui and wealth of Toronto. Some marketers promote the community as a Rich man's villa to attract wealthy families locally and abroad.
