Community Overview
Strathearn Ave is at the Heart of Bayview Hill Community. Community development started in the 1980s. The real estate developers planned this area with a high-end residential neighborhood in mind. The population density of this area is much lower than that of surrounding communities because most houses are sitting on larger lots. Families here generally are wealthier, and most bought their houses here because the famous Bayview Secondary School is one of the top schools across Ontario. The other half was constructed in the 1990s. In past 3 months, 19 Detached homes were sold at average of $2.71M. Now it welcomes many more wealthy families, mainly migrated from China. This community is relatively independent. It is a beautiful community with a great natural environment. Bayview Hill Center Plaza, located at Spadina and 16th Ave, also has many shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bank. Bayview Hill is one of the top choices for families in Richmond Hill. Many Chinese consider Bayview Ave and Yonge Street are dragon veins, a prosperous source with great Fengshui and wealth of Toronto. Some marketers promote the community as a Rich man's villa to attract wealthy families locally and abroad.
