The community runs from Yonge St on the East to the edge of Oak Ridges Corridor Conservation Reserve in the south, Bathurst on the West, and Bloomington Road on the north. It borders Aurora City in the North and King Town in the West. Freehold townhouses and semi-detached homes making up most of the remaining concentrate on the main street close to Bloomington, Bathurst and King Road. In past 3 months, 18 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.45M. The descendants of early European immigrants still dominate the community. In 142 Estate Garden Ave neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Italian, Chinese, Iranian, Canadian, and Russian.
