And the other three major roads, William Berczy Blvd, The Bridle Walk and Stonebridge Drive, run through the Community from North to south. Berczy is a Chinese ethnic dominant community in Markham. Many locals even reference the Community as Tsinghua, a famous Chinese University, to demonstrate the concentration of the Chinese population and top-tier schools in the area. Many detached homes have four bedrooms with lot frontage between 35 and 45 feet. In past 3 months, 10 Town homes were sold at average of $1.06M.
