Beehive Lane is at South West Corner of Wismer Community. Wismer runs from Markham Road on the East to Major Mackenzie Road on the North, 16th Avenue on the South and Mccowan Road on the West. Two significant roads, Castlemore Avenue and Bur Oak Avenue, run through the Community from east to West. And the other two major roads, Roy Raine Avenue and Mingay Avenue run through the Community from North to south. Wismer is an Asian ethnic dominant community in Markham. Attached housing, such as Semi-detached and Town, with three bedrooms and one car garage, is typical, but four bedrooms or double-garaged properties are also not uncommon. In past 3 months, 10 Town homes were sold at average of $1.29M. Furthermore, around 43% of residents in Wismer have received a university degree or higher. In Beehive Lane neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, East Indian, and Sri Lankan. Several YRT bus routes are along 16th Avenue, Mccowan Road, Major Mackenzie Drive, Bur Oak Avenue, and Markham Road.
