Three significant roads, Castlemore Avenue, Bur Oak Avenue and Wilfred Murison Avenue, run through the Community from east to west. And the other three major roads, William Berczy Blvd, The Bridle Walk and Stonebridge Drive, run through the Community from North to south. Berczy is a Chinese ethnic dominant community in Markham. Many locals even reference the Community as Tsinghua, a famous Chinese University, to demonstrate the concentration of the Chinese population and top-tier schools in the area. Attached housing, such as Semi-detached and Town, with three bedrooms and one car garage, is typical, but four bedrooms or double-garaged properties are also not uncommon.
