Elson St is at South West Corner of Middlefield Community. Middlefield runs from Markham Road on the East to Highway 407 on the North, 14th Avenue on the South, and McCowan Road on the West. Three significant roads, 14th Avenue, Highglen Avenue, and Denison Street, run through the Community from east to west. Middlefield Road runs through the Community from North to South. North of 14th Avenue is zoned for light industry, and South of 14th Avenue is concentrated residential real estate. A small number of semi-detached houses, townhomes, and condo apartments are scattered throughout the Community. In past 3 months, 4 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.46M. There are around 15% of renters live in the Community. In Elson St neighbourhood, you will find many residents are East Indian, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Tamil, and Pakistani. The community borders express tollway 407, allowing car commuters to quickly get on the route and conveniently travel in all directions.
