234 Main Street Unionville St is at North East Corner of Unionville Community. Unionville runs from Rodick Road on the west to 16th Avenue on the North, Kennedy Road on the east, and Highway 407 on the South. Unionville has excellent schools, the best shopping, and very convenient public transit. It is one of the most wanted communities for many who like to live in the north of GTA. Townhouses are also typical throughout the community, from the oldest condo townhome built in the early 1970s to traditional or stacked townhome constructed around the year 2000, and to the latest developed modern townhome sitting along highway 7 or close to new downtown, Markham.
