Three significant roads, 14th Avenue, Highglen Avenue, and Denison Street, run through the Community from east to west. Middlefield Road runs through the Community from North to South. North of 14th Avenue is zoned for light industry, and South of 14th Avenue is concentrated residential real estate. The predominant housing types in Middlefield are four bedrooms with Double Garage detached homes, and three bedrooms Link homes. In past 3 months, 10 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.2M.
