Three significant roads, Castlemore Avenue, Bur Oak Avenue and Wilfred Murison Avenue, run through the Community from east to west. And the other three major roads, William Berczy Blvd, The Bridle Walk and Stonebridge Drive, run through the Community from North to south. Berczy is a Chinese ethnic dominant community in Markham. Many locals even reference the Community as Tsinghua, a famous Chinese University, to demonstrate the concentration of the Chinese population and top-tier schools in the area. There is also a low-rise condo building with about 186 units at 540 Bur Oak Avenue. In past 3 months, 12 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.52M. Berczy is a Chinese ethnic dominant Community, with over 75% of the occupants Chinese. In Bracknell neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, and English. Driving to highway 404 is about 8 miles, but there have been long traffic jams along 16th avenue at peak hours due to the increasing population in the area. At the centre of the Community is Berczy Park. With hundreds of stores, CF Markville mall is Markham's largest indoor shopping centre.
