Hollingham Rd is at North West Corner of Unionville Community. Unionville runs from Rodick Road on the west to 16th Avenue on the North, Kennedy Road on the east, and Highway 407 on the South. Unionville has excellent schools, the best shopping, and very convenient public transit. It is one of the most wanted communities for many who like to live in the north of GTA. Though the descendants of early European immigrants still dominate some areas, Unionville has an above-average Chinese population.
