Hollingham Rd is at North West Corner of Unionville Community. Unionville runs from Rodick Road on the west to 16th Avenue on the North, Kennedy Road on the east, and Highway 407 on the South. Unionville has excellent schools, the best shopping, and very convenient public transit. It is one of the most wanted communities for many who like to live in the north of GTA. Most freehold homes are single detached houses, with about 30% constructed around the 1980s and many of the rest between the 1960s and 1990s.
