Cathedraltown runs from Highway 404 on the West to Elgin Mills Road on the North, Major Mackenzie Drive on the South, and Victoria Square Blvd on the East. Woodbine Avenue runs through the Community from North to South. Cathedraltown is a small but more recent community in Markham. The land on the west side of Woodbine Avenue is still undeveloped. These houses look uniform and often come with yellow or red bricks. In past 3 months, 7 Town homes were sold at average of $1.14M. Homeownership is high in Cathedraltown, with only about 5% of renters living in the Community.
