The Community runs from McCowan Road on the east to 16th Avenue on the North, Dense forest by Kennedy Road on the west and Highway 7 on the South. It is divided by the railway crossing from the east to the west; the North of the railway is mainly residential, and the south is mixed with residential and commercial business.
