Manhattan Dr is at North East Corner of Unionville Community. Unionville runs from Rodick Road on the west to 16th Avenue on the North, Kennedy Road on the east, and Highway 407 on the South. Unionville has excellent schools, the best shopping, and very convenient public transit. It is one of the most wanted communities for many who like to live in the north of GTA. There are small numbers of Semi-Detached homes built around 1980 located close to Village Parkway and Calton Street intersection. In past 3 months, 20 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.99M. Though the descendants of early European immigrants still dominate some areas, Unionville has an above-average Chinese population. In Manhattan Dr neighbourhood, you will find many residents are Chinese, Irish, and Italian. In terms of driving, the main street, highway 7, is not an actual highway. Unionville community has many parks and green spaces. One of the largest plazas is the First Markham Place which sits in the neighborhood Buttonville community. Unionville community is the Ace community in Markham. It has an excellent living environment with convenient shopping and public transits.
