• The proposed high-rise mixed-use development comprises two towers of 37-storeys (Tower A) and 42-storeys (Tower B), connected by a three (3) floor elevated sky bridge. The podium ranges from five (5) to seven (7) storeys in height and includes commercial uses, nine (9) townhouse units, two residential lobbies, and indoor amenity space. The development includes 933 residential units in total, with 423 in Tower A and 510 in Tower B, and a total residential gross floor area of 74,840 sqm (805,571 sq ft) and a total floor space index (FSI) of 6.6 times the lot area. The proposed development also includes 1,049 sqm (11,291 sq ft) of retail space within the ground floor of the podiums, and 619 parking spaces across three levels of underground parking for residents, visitors, and commercial retail uses.
