• The High Tech Transit Oriented Community is a proposed mixed-use development in Richmond Hill's High Tech-Langstaff area, designed by BDP Quadrangle for Metrus Properties and Condor Properties. The development will consist of 15 buildings with varying storeys and a total residential GFA of 1,616,201 square meters. The goal is to create a compact, transit-supportive community that makes effective use of the Province's infrastructure investments. The development will be phased over time, with build-out likely to occur over 25-30 years, and maximum building heights of 80 storeys closest to the station with appropriate transitions to adjacent neighbourhoods. If realized, the High Tech Transit Oriented Community could be a significant development for the City of Richmond Hill, contributing to its economic growth and development.
