• The proposed development includes a 2-storey base building or podium that features a mix of residential, retail, and commercial spaces facing both Yonge Street and Parkview Avenue. The retail outlets are located along the Yonge Street frontage, while the Parkview Avenue frontage includes a residential lobby entrance. Above the podium, on the northwest portion of the site near the intersection of Yonge Street and Parkview Avenue, there will be a 30-storey residential tower, bringing the total height of the development to 32 storeys. The tower will include a total of 329 residential units.
