• There is a proposed 49-storey mixed-use complex called 4800 Yonge Street. Designed by Arquitectonica and B+H for Menkes, it will feature a retail and office podium, with a condominium tower above. The development will be located at the southwest corner of Yonge and Sheppard, offering convenient access to the subway and other amenities. With a total of 498 units, this project is expected to be a major addition to the area.
