• The proposal is to redevelop the subject lands with a multi-phased, mixed-use development consisting of eight phases and multiple buildings. The development will feature 18 towers ranging in height from 20 to 35 storeys with mid-rise podium elements and townhouse blocks. The project will include approximately 5,271 residential units and 9,061 m2 (97,535 ft2) of retail Gross Floor Area (“GFA”). The Phase 1 lands will comprise two buildings with four towers ranging from 25 to 34 storeys and will include 1,151 residential units, along with retail space integrated into the podium levels of the buildings.
