  • The applicant has revised their Site Plan application and is seeking feedback on a proposed high-density, mixed-use development comprising approximately 269 dwelling units and commercial spaces at grade. The proposed 21-storey tower will be located at the southwest corner of the site, with a five-storey podium along the Yonge Street frontage. The development will gradually step down to a maximum of three storeys adjacent to Church Street South to ensure a compatible transition to the existing low-rise character of the residential neighbourhood on the east side of Church Street South. The relevant statistics of the development proposal are based on the plans and drawings submitted to the City to date. Feedback is being requested on the revised proposal.
