Urban Capital Property Group
Urban Capital Property Group was founded in 1996 by two forward-looking and ambitious individuals, David Wex and Mark Reeve. Urban Capital is a Toronto-based developer. It focuses on high-end modern design and environmental sustainability and uses these in high-end residential apartments. They have built or are building more than 4,000 units in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. The history of Urban Capital is a highly innovative process. As urban reinventors, they can be described as pioneers in transforming old industrial or warehouse areas into modern residential areas and building a new and prosperous community.
Urban Capital tends to be modern and tidy in terms of architecture and interior design, which mirrors the surrounding modern buildings, but has its style and theme, rather than merely copying. The company's work has pushed the envelope or pioneered, be it in terms of urban location, high-end yet functional design, or green living. Today the company is continuing that DNA with new markets, new architectural approaches, new interior features and layouts, and new environmental measures.
