Minto Group Inc. is an Ottawa family business with a history of more than 60 years. It is a respected unified private property management, construction, and land development company with operations in Canada and the United States. They have built many multi-functional, high-density, noble communities, and residences.
The company manages more than 17,000 residential rental units and townhouses. They have a combination of commercial office and retail space. They have also built more than 80,000 new residences, including residential apartments in Toronto, Ottawa, and Florida.
In May 2018, Minto announced it would hold an IPO for its Canadian multi-residential properties. The properties became part of a new entity, Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), which Minto Group continues to have a significant ownership stake in.
