Empire Communities

Empire Communities is a famous Canadian developer headquartered in Vaughan, Ontario. They focused on master-planned communities and built more than 10,000 houses in the Greater Toronto Area. They were established in 1993 as a boutique company and has expanded rapidly. Although the business started in the 90s, the founders' GTA construction experience can be traced back to the 1960s.

Empire has earned a reputation for its outstanding attention to detail and customer service. The company has received the Ontario New Home Warranty Program Outstanding Service and Achievement Award, the annual Ontario Community Award for the Windfield Community in Brantford, Ontario, and the most recent yearly Green Building Award.
