Cresford
Cresford Developments was famous for its coveted stylish design and advanced facilities. The builder was involved in the development of luxury apartments at an early stage.
The company was in financial trouble before the onset of COVID-19 in early 2020. The three developments, including Halo residences, 33 Yorkville, and its Clover on Yonge, were supposed to have about 2,000 units combined and are currently under receivership.
