The freehold attached houses' average price, including town, semi, and link houses, was up 5% from the previous month, now $1.04M. The number of units sold declined by 4%, while new listings increased by 129%. The notable rise in the new listings will drag the price lower in the coming weeks. This segment of housing is currently in a very hot seller's market.

The average price of detached houses was up by about 6% in Jan 2021. Approximately 66% of total freehold units sold in Vaughan last month are Detached homes.
