Sheppard Finch Subway Line

The average sales price was lower for smaller units but demand is very strong. The average rental price was stabilized but demand for all types of rental properties is still very strong.

Bayview Leslie Line

The average price for units at 500-599sqf (with one garage) was up by 2% from last month. The current month of inventory is about 0.7. Almost every unit coming out of the market will be sold within 2 weeks. For the larger condo unit, between 900-999sqf, the MOI is 1 with very limited supplies.

Donmill Subway Line

The average price of small units (500-599sqf) was up by 2%. The average rental price was up by around 4% for smaller unit condo properties.
