The community of Hillcrest Village runs from Leslie Road on the west to Finch Avenue in the south, Victoria Park/Highway 404 on the east, and Steeles Avenue on the north. Hillcrest Village can be split into three zones demarcated by highway 404 and Don Mills Road. East of Highway 404 is exclusively populated with commercial real estate. And the centre area will be Seneca College on the south and two residential areas on the north, separated by Highland Memory Gardens & Cemetery. Further West of Don Mills are primarily detached homes with numerous houses backing on beautiful Duncan Creek Park. There are also several high-rise condo buildings near Seneca College and low-rise buildings near Steels Avenue. 4000 Don Mills Road is a social housing apartment supervised by Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
