Aileen-Willowbrook community is more like a triangular shape, which runs from Bayview Avene on the west to the Railway track on the south, German Creek on the east, and Highway 407 on the North. The community has many beautiful parks and hiking trails. The real estate in this part of Markham is highly mixed, and home buyers have options of Detached, Link, Semi-Detached, Townhomes and Condos. Chinese is significant ethnic group lives in this community, followed by immigrants from Iran, Russia and Korea.
