Gladstone Ave is at West side of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. Predominant homes are detached houses constructed after 1980. In past 3 months, 58 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.45M. It has a higher than average of immigrants from East India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Portugal and Macedonia living close to Jane street and Teston road. Further south of Jane Street is Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, where residents can take a subway to downtown Toronto at Vaughan Subway station. Residents can also have indoor sports in Maple Community Centre, which possesses a fitness centre, swimming pool, and bowling alley. Adjacent to the plaza on the west side of Jane Street stands Vaughan Tier One regional hospital, Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
