Gardner Pl is at the Heart of Maple Community. The Community of Maple runs from Jane and Highway 400 on the west to Rutherford Road in the south, the Go Railway Barrier line on the east, and Teston Road on the north. Bounding highway 400 and having two GO stations, Maple offers its residents convenient transportation to transit to downtown Toronto. The West part of the Community is newer, with many houses built after 2000. In past 3 months, 30 Detached homes were sold at average of $1.44M. It has a higher than average of immigrants from East India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Portugal and Macedonia living close to Jane street and Teston road. Maple community is at the border of Highway 400, which allows a speedy trip to highway 401 by car. Many indoor and outdoor amenities are presented for residents. Maple residents are so blessed that Vaughan Mills Mall, one of the largest outlet malls in Canada, is just at the west gate of the Community. Many young families chose to live in Maple because of its convenient public transportation, proximity to large shopping centres, top-tier school zone and more affordable housing prices compared with neighbouring communities.
