Santa Barbara Rd is at the Heart of Willowdale West Community. Willowdale West runs from Bathurst Street on the west to York Cemetery and Funeral Centre on the south, Yonge Street on the east, and Finch Avenue on the north. North York Center subway station and Finch subway station are conveniently located at the southeast and northeast corners of the community. Predominated by single-detached real estate built before 1960, this North York community witnesses a constant fresh condo development. In past 3 months, 2 Semi-Detached homes were sold at average of $1.42M. About 40% of the residents are of European Origin, and 38% are of East and Southeast Asia origin. Car commuters can drive onto highway 401 from the community via Yonge Street in less than 10 minutes.
