Cocksfield Ave is at South East Corner of Bathurst Manor Community. Bathurst Manor runs from Dufferin Street on the East to Steeles Avenue on the North. The East border follows the meandering course of the West Don River down to the community's south border Sheppard Street. A sizeable Jewish population revolves around this neighborhood's many Jewish cultural and learning centers and synagogues. The residential real estate is concentrated south of Finch Avenue, where single detached bungalows, split-level, and 2-story homes are prevalent.
