Finch Ave is at the Heart of Bathurst Manor Community. Bathurst Manor runs from Dufferin Street on the East to Steeles Avenue on the North. The East border follows the meandering course of the West Don River down to the community's south border Sheppard Street. A sizeable Jewish population revolves around this neighborhood's many Jewish cultural and learning centers and synagogues. Roughly 46% of the population in Bathurst Manor are tenants. The area is also sometimes referred to as Little Moscow. There are also around 10 bus lines going to many destinations operating through the neighborhood. Both Parks present four walking trails, such as Hidden Trail, Finch Corridor Recreation Trail, G Ross Park Loop, and West Don Parkland Path, with walking distances ranging from 2.9km to 18.2km. Near Dufferin Street and Steels Avenue in the York University Heights community is RioCan Marketplace. Bathurst Manor is home to some great schools and is a beautiful community to raise children.
